  Well this little gem is just the cat's p.j.'s. It is clean...and perfectly located on the Hunter River in Rusticoville. The owners are warm...friendly and very welcoming...and pets are very welcome. We would return in a heartbeat.

  The unit I stayed in was spacious and nice. There were a few cleanliness issues. Hair in the tub, popcorn in the pullout couch. The price per night was expensive for the quality of the unit.

  The Pines Motel and Cottage..Wow. What an amazing expierence we had here!! Larry is a wonderful host..the staff are friendly..and the Suite we had was absolutely beautiful!! Larry..I want to steal your decor touches!!! We will be back. Xo

  We're still here so I can only say that so far so good. Lovely clean and well decorated room. The view is wonderful, overlooking the Hunter river. Being a pet friendly motel, our dogs are getting loads of attention. The motel is well situated so no matter where we explore, nothing is too far. Just one small problem. We could use a larger dresser as the one we have has just 3 drawers. Next time we'll try a cabin.
